Pricing questions
A session is one visitor's activity window tracked by the Cartlyzer tag, up to 30 minutes of continuous activity. Only sessions that trigger at least one ranking call count toward your total. Visitors who land on a blog post or contact page without hitting a collection page are not counted.
Ranking continues uninterrupted. Overage sessions are billed at $2 per 1,000 on Starter, $1.50 on Growth, $1.00 on Scale, applied at end of billing period. If you consistently exceed your plan limit, the dashboard will notify you to consider upgrading.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You can change your plan at any time from the account dashboard.
Yes. The 14-day free trial gives full access to the features included in the plan you sign up for. Starter trial includes all Starter features. Growth trial includes all Growth features including A/B experiments and Klaviyo sync. No credit card required to start.
Monthly plans have no contract: cancel any time from the dashboard and billing stops at the end of the current period. Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months. We do not offer refunds on annual plans beyond the trial period.
